10.c. 2024-037-RES Request approval to amend existing contracts to increase the spending authority of "Ryan White Part A" grant subrecipients pursuant to the Health Resources and Services Administration award in the amount of $1,900,000.00 for FY24, subject to Federal funding. Contracts are 100% grant funded with no Fulton County match. Request authorization for the Chairman to execute contracts with six (6) selected subrecipients. To protect the interest of the County, the County Attorney is authorized to approve the contracts as to form and make any necessary modifications thereto prior to execution by the Chairman.
